WARRANTY SATISFACTION TERMS – 30 Days on Labor And 1 Year on Parts

Be assured knowing that each time you receive services from The IFIX APPLIANCE REPAIR, you are covered by an industry leading warranty plan.

Your repair service is always guaranteed for 90-days Unless It Being Writing Differently on The Repair Order Form .

In the rare case that the same problem arises, we will repeat the repair service at no additional cost to you.

Each new part that is installed inside your appliance is guaranteed by the manufacturer for up to 1 year.

Sometimes parts get discontinued by the manufacturer, in which case the warranty on that part expires.

Adjustments are not refundable and will be deducted from the cost of parts that will be required.

VERY IMPORTANT :

The warranty does not apply in any case of excessive or non-standard usage.
The warranty does not cover any clogs of any kind.
The warranty will not be in effect in a case of a wrong usage, and/or any damage that was caused directly or indirectly by the customer.
The warranty will not be in effect if any foreign objects enter the pump, motors, or any other mechanical part.

Limitation on Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL “IFIX APPLIANCE REPAIR” OR THEIR RESPECTIVE AFFILIATES, OR THE SHAREHOLDERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS OR REPRESENTATIVES OF ANY OF THE FOREGOING, BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL OR REVENUE, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOSS OF DATA) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF, ACCESS TO, RELIANCE ON, UNAVAILABILITY OF, INABILITY TO USE, OR IMPROPER USE OF THE “IFIX APPLIANCE REPAIR” SITE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY USER CONTENT, REVIEWS, ADVICE, SERVICES, PRODUCTS, AND OTHER INFORMATION AND MATERIALS CONTAINED IN OR DESCRIBED ON THE “IFIX APPLIANCE REPAIR” SITE, OR THE DISCLOSURE OR MISUSE OF ANY USER’S PERSONAL INFORMATION, EVEN IF THEY HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE. IN ANY EVENT, “IFIX APPLIANCE REPAIR”‘ RESPECTIVE TOTAL MAXIMUM LIABILITY IN RESPECT OF THE “IFIX APPLIANCE REPAIR” SITE OR ANY PART THEREOF, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE USER CONTENT, REVIEWS, ADVICE, SERVICES, PRODUCTS, AND OTHER INFORMATION AND MATERIALS CONTAINED IN OR DESCRIBED ON THE “IFIX APPLIANCE REPAIR” SITE, IN ANY MANNER WHATSOEVER, SHALL BE LIMITED TO ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS ($100.00). THIS LIMITATION SHALL APPLY NOTWITHSTANDING ANY FAILURE OF THE ESSENTIAL PURPOSE OF ANY LIMITED REMEDY PROVIDED HEREIN.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold “IFIX APPLIANCE REPAIR” and their respective affiliates, licensors, directors, officers, members, managers, employees, agents, and representatives, harmless from and against any losses, costs, expenses or damages of any nature whatsoever (including attorneys’ fees and court costs) arising from any claim, cause of action, suit or demand of any third party due to, arising out of or related to (i) your access to the “IFIX APPLIANCE REPAIR” Site, (ii) your use of the “IFIX APPLIANCE REPAIR” Site, (iii) any User Content posted, uploaded or transmitted by you, (iv) your use or distribution of any User Content, (v) your violation of these Terms of Use, (vi) any use of your User ID or password by you or any third party, or (vii) the infringement or other violation by you, or any third party using your account or User ID or password, of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.

“IFIX APPLIANCE REPAIR” charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on the “IFIX APPLIANCE REPAIR” Site based on the applicable state sales tax rate of the location to which the order is being DONE.

Some products offered through the “IFIX APPLIANCE REPAIR” Site may be fulfilled by third-party sellers, such as “IFIX APPLIANCE REPAIR” Marketplace items. Third-party/Marketplace sellers’ shipping and delivery policies may differ from those offered by “IFIX APPLIANCE REPAIR”. Confidential Arbitration

ALL DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND “IFIX APPLIANCE REPAIR” RELATING IN ANY WAY TO THE “IFIX APPLIANCE REPAIR” SITE (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ORDERS MADE FROM THE “IFIX APPLIANCE REPAIR” SITE, “IFIX APPLIANCE REPAIR”’ ADVERTISEMENTS AND DISCLOSURES, EMAIL AND MOBILE SMS (TEXT) MESSAGES “IFIX APPLIANCE REPAIR” SENDS TO YOU, OR RELATING TO THE COLLECTION OR USE OF ANY INFORMATION ABOUT YOU IN CONNECTION WITH THE “IFIX APPLIANCE REPAIR” SITE), THESE TERMS, OR YOUR STATUS AS A USER WILL BE SUBMITTED TO CONFIDENTIAL ARBITRATION IN THE FEDERAL JUDICIAL DISTRICT IN WHICH YOU RESIDE, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT THAT YOU HAVE, IN ANY WAY, VIOLATED OR THREATENED TO VIOLATE ANY COMPANY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHT.
